We've converted a schoolie about three years ago and learned a lot but now we are doing a much bigger project. We are converting a 40' GMC intercity bus and want to make sure we do it right. Up to this point we have gutted it and done some body work but have not yet started on the inside of the bus. Any suggestions or ideas would be helpful. If you have done this in the past and regret doing or not doing something please let us know. We don't want to learn from experience this time. We want to learn from your experience.
