I was just kinda thinkin' that it might say "Ford" somewhere on it, perhaps have a VIN somewhere something, anything! You're absolutely right - I don't know that it's not a '54 ford - just thought there w2ould be more identifying marks besides the four-pointed star.

Why do you say "It's definately not a 54 Ford". It sure looks 50's vintage to me, and if it has a Ford motor in it, it's most likely a coachbuilt body on a Ford chassis.

Because it's MINE now! I just picked it up yesterday, and man, it's going to be a project - but it's beautiful ind incredibly unique. I've got plans for it, baby! It hasn't been registered since '82, have no idea when it last ran, and there is no make, model or VIN anywhere on it - only the star on the front and one on one of the panels on the truck. Apparently, it was built as a motor home from what I can tell. No year, no nothin' - it's definitely not a '54 ford as far as I can tell, though it has a ford motor in it. Not sure what kind yet except that it's a straight 6.
